On-site Presentation Guide
Instructions for on-site presenters of EAI ICDF2C 2026
On-Site Paper Presentation Options:
1. On-site authors are required to upload their presentation to a Google drive: the link will be provided via email.
2. Alternatively, you can submit your presentations in advance by emailing them to [email protected]  and CCing the conference management at [email protected].
We will display your slides on the screen and provide you with a remote to control them. We recommend using .pptx or PDF format for your slides.
Presentation Instructions:
20 minute presentation slots including questions and changing authors, so prepare for a max. 15 min presentation
On-Site Poster Presentation:
The Main Poster: A visual display of your project for attendees to browse during the entire duration of the conference.
- Posters should be prepared in A0 or A1 portrait format.
- Landscape format is not recommended and should not be used.

Poster stands and adhesive tape will be provided at the conference venue.
The Lightning Talk: A 3 to 5-minute presentation to introduce your work, spark discussion, and gather peer feedback.
